Stat Attack: All you need to know about Brighton 0-0 Leeds

Leeds’ difficult start to the Premier League season continued with a goalless draw away to Brighton.

The Seagulls had the best of the chances in what was largely a tight contest at the Amex, with Neal Maupay firing over from close range early on.

Leandro Trossard saw an effort tipped on to the post by Illan Meslier before Jakub Moder also saw a shot strike the woodwork.

The second half failed to bring much chance, with Brighton coming close through Solly March.

The Whites did have chances of their own as the clock ticked on, with Robert Sanchez keeping out both Stuart Dallas and Tyler Roberts.

With the match drawing to a close, Brighton hit the woodwork for a third time when Meslier saved March’s shot onto the post.
