Today on LiveScore: Crunch time in the Premier League

It is crunch time in the Premier League as the title race, quest to get in the top four and relegation battle all continue this weekend.

As well as looking ahead to all those big games, we bring you Joleon Lescott’s exclusive column and previews of the standout Bundesliga and Serie A fixtures.

Lescott on Ten Hag

LiveScore columnist Lescott has given his exclusive views on Manchester United’s appointment of Erik ten Hag.

The ex-Manchester City defender has urged United to give the Dutchman time and accept they will not be able to close the gap to City and Liverpool immediately.

As well as his usual predictions, Lescott also discusses Chelsea’s disappointing drop off in form since the turn of the year.

Premier League preview

There are big games at both ends of the table as the Premier League reaches the home straight of an action-packed season.

Arsenal and Manchester United meet in a clash that could throw open the race for the top four on Saturday lunchtime.

And on Sunday, after City’s home encounter with Watford 24 hours earlier, a crunch Merseyside derby sees title-chasing Liverpool host relegation-battling Everton.

European weekender

In Germany, Bayern Munich can lift the Bundesliga title for a record 10th consecutive season this weekend.

They host second-placed Borussia Dortmund in Der Klassiker knowing victory will give them an unassailable lead over their nearest rivals.

The Serie A title race continues to be full of twists and turns and that could be the case again this weekend with both Milan sides facing tough fixtures.

Second-placed Inter Milan host Champions League-chasing Roma on Saturday, while leaders AC Milan are in the capital to take on Lazio on Sunday evening.

That could allow Napoli to take advantage of any slip-ups with a trip to mid-table Empoli earlier that day.
