The Champions League final between Liverpool and Real Madrid has been delayed until 8.30pm BST, with fans stuck outside the Stade de France.
There have been significant queues outside the stadium and hundreds of fans appear to be outside the gates, unable to enter.
Fifteen minutes before kick-off, UEFA announced the game had been delayed due to fans arriving late.
A further statement — citing security issues — was released soon after with kick-off pushed back by another 15 minutes.
Liverpool and Real Madrid had already completed their warm-ups and returned to the dressing rooms. Shortly after 8pm, they both re-took the field to continue their preparations.
The French police released a statement that said: “Supporters attempted to penetrate the stadium. They forced their way through the first filter.
“The screening at the Stade de France is watertight.”
The game finally kicked off after a 36-minute delay.
