Six British teams are waiting to find out their Champions League group stage opponents in tonight’s draw.
Manchester City have been placed in Pot 1 alongside last season’s winners Real Madrid as they hope to finally seal their first ever title in Europe’s elite competition.
Liverpool and Chelsea are hoping for more success, with both winning the prestigious competition in the last four years as the pair take a place in Pot 2.
They are joined by Tottenham, who are making their first Champions League appearance for three seasons having beaten rivals Arsenal to a top-four place last term.
Rangers and Celtic will compete in the group stage together for the first time since the 2007-08 edition after the Gers beat PSV Eindhoven 3-2 on aggregate in last night’s qualifier.
The Scottish Premiership pair look set for tricky draw after being placed in Pot 4.
