Dele Alli has joined Turkish side Besiktas on loan from Premier League strugglers Everton.
Alli, 26, flattered to deceive at Goodison Park, failing to score in 13 appearances since joining the Toffees from Tottenham last January.
The 37-cap England international will now hope to resurrect his career in Turkey, where he will work under former Barnsley and West Brom boss Valerien Ismael.
Alli was greeted by thousands of jubilant fans in Turkey, who were eager to get a look at their new man.
He completed his medical today and will hope to make his debut against Ankaragucu on Sunday, September 4.
An Everton statement said: “Dele has completed his loan move to Turkish side Besiktas for the remainder of the 2022-23 season.
“The 26-year-old midfielder moves to Istanbul after joining the Blues from Tottenham Hotspur on the final day of the 2022 January transfer window.
“Dele, who has 37 England caps, made 13 appearances for Everton, including two substitute appearances in the Premier League this season.”
