Blues to keep spending

Forward Amad Diallo, who spent last term at Rangers, followed Ba to the Stadium of Light by completing a loan move from Manchester United.
Meanwhile, former United and Real Sociedad winger Adnan Januzaj will ply his trade in LaLiga once again this season after joining Sevilla as a free agent on a four-year deal.
