The England forward has scored twice in two games at Old Trafford — against Burnley in the EFL Cup, as well as the opener in the 3-0 league win over Nottingham Forest.
The 25-year-old also has previous against Wolves, scoring a stoppage-time winner at on home soil when the two sides met two years ago.
Wolves have won just two of their eight league games at Molineux this term and have conceded nine goals in their last three Premier League matches at home.
Back Aleksandar Mitrovic to score first @ 13/5
There were many pundits questioning whether Aleksandar Mitrovic could finally crack it in the top flight and keep Fulham in the Premier League this season, with the Serbian answering the doubters so far.
The former Newcastle frontman is one of only four players to have already scored double figures this term — along with Erling Haaland, Harry Kane and Ivan Toney.
Mitrovic’s last two home goals came from the penalty spot, whilst he goes into the clash with Southampton having scored in the 3-0 win at Crystal Palace.

Two goals in the last four league games might not be red hot form, but Kai Havertz looks like being a significant player for Chelsea over the coming weeks.
The Germany international scored the opener in the 2-0 win over Bournemouth on Monday, against a formation that could be similar to that deployed by Nottingham Forest on Sunday.
The hosts have the second-worst goals-conceded stats in the Premier League and have leaked 10 goals in their last four league games.
Back Jordan Rhodes to score anytime
Huddersfield are showing signs of fight, having won back-to-back matches over the festive period to move them off the foot of the Championship table.
Despite 17 places separating the sides, Huddersfield do have a good recent record against Luton — winning two of their last four meetings and are unbeaten in seven against the Hatters.
Jordan Rhodes — the Terriers top scorer this season — has scored in the last two meetings between the sides, including the late winner in this fixture last season, and also found the net against Rotherham on Thursday.
Back Zian Flemming to score anytime
Dutch forward Zian Flemming has really caught the eye since joining Millwall in the summer and has bagged five times in the last four Championship matches.
The Lions find themselves in the push for a play-off spot and much of that is down to their solid home form, with Gary Rowett’s men winning four and drawing two of their last six games at The New Den.
Millwall drew 1-1 at Rotherham (Sunday’s opponents) back in October, when Flemming grabbed the equaliser just before half-time.
