Mainz and Bayer Leverkusen are fancied to pick up wins in this weekend’s Bundesliga, while Roma can continue their push for the top three in Italy when they take on Torino.

Bet 1: Mainz to beat Werder Bremen at 7/10
There is plenty still to play for in this season’s Bundesliga and Mainz are one team who have thrown their hat into the ring for a top-six berth.
The club from Rhineland-Palatinate are on a seven-game unbeaten run in Germany’s top flight, having swept aside the likes of Bayer Leverkusen, Borussia Monchengladbach and Leipzig as part of that streak.
Bremen missed an opportunity to climb up the standings last week, losing at home to relegation-threatened Hoffenheim, and have looked far too inconsistent this campaign.

Bet 2: Bayer Leverkusen to beat Eintracht Frankfurt at 17/20
When Xabi Alonso took charge of Bayer Leverkusen back in early October, the club were hovering around the relegation zone but they have come on leaps and bounds under his guidance and can see off Frankfurt on Saturday.
Last weekend Leverkusen cruised to a 3-0 victory away to Schalke and that was their sixth win on the spin in all competitions, with that run having also featured victory over Bayern Munich.
They have scored at least twice in each of those aforementioned successes and they are worth a bet to beat Frankfurt, who are winless in their last six league fixtures.
Saturday, 5.30pm
Bet 3: Roma to beat Torino at 11/8
Roma’s last away game finished in defeat against capital rivals Lazio but they played the majority of that contest with 10 players on the pitch and were only edged 1-0.
They put in a response last Sunday, thrashing Sampdoria 3-0 at the Stadio Olimpico, and should be fancied to win away to struggling Torino.
Torino are locked in mid-table obscurity in Italy’s Serie A, having struggled to string results together.
Roma have their sights set on a top-three berth and can enhance their chances with a key win this weekend.
Saturday, 5.30pm
Bet 4: Tie or Getafe v Real Sociedad at 13/10
Having previously looked a solid proposition to finish as best of the rest in La Liga behind the El Clasico clubs, Real Sociedad are now at risk of falling out of the top four altogether.
The Basque club have managed only two wins from their last nine matches in La Liga – and even they only came against lowly Elche and Espanyol sides.
Getafe are hovering above the drop zone but have stabilised recently, avoiding defeat in each of their last four La Liga contests, and they are worth a bet to take at least a point off out-of-form Real Sociedad.
Sunday, 2pm
Bet 5: Montpellier to beat Toulouse at 23/20
Montpellier picked up an admirable point away to Marseille last time out and they can follow that positive result with a win over Toulouse.
Since the start of February, Montpellier have looked pretty handy at their Stade de la Mosson home, losing to PSG and drawing with Lens but triumphing 3-0 against Brest, 5-0 against Angers and 2-1 against Clermont Foot.
