Newcastle can strengthen their Champions League bid with a win over title-chasing Arsenal on Matchday 35 as Manchester United travel to relegation-threatened West Ham.
Bournemouth take on Chelsea and Manchester City host Leeds while Nottingham Forest can look to create a nine-point gap to Southampton at the bottom of the table.
Read on as we preview an action-packed weekend of top-flight football featuring all 20 teams.
Bournemouth vs Chelsea (Saturday, 3pm)
Bournemouth can leapfrog Chelsea with a win at the Vitality Stadium as Frank Lampard continues to search for his first point since returning to the Blues.
The Cherries have won six of their last nine games and they could extend their run to three consecutive Premier League victories for the first time since 2018.
Lampard has already suffered defeat at the hands of Bournemouth this term, losing 3-0 with Everton which extended his run without a victory against Gary O’Neil’s side to three matches.
Should the West Londoners walk away without three points on Saturday, then they will have failed to win at any of the three promoted sides for the first time since 2012-13.
Manchester City vs Leeds (Saturday, 3pm, Sky Sports)
Pep Guardiola’s Treble chasers can extend their lead at the top of the table to four points with victory over Leeds on Saturday.
The champions hammered the visitors 7-0 in this fixture last season but the Whites have not lost consecutive matches at City since 1992.
Sam Allardyce has four games to rescue the West Yorkshire side but the survival specialist has a tough task on his hands.
Leeds shipped 23 goals across seven games in April, setting a new Premier League record and matching Birmingham’s top-flight tally from 1965.
Tottenham vs Crystal Palace (Saturday, 3pm)
Tottenham have lost just one of their last 15 league meetings with Crystal Palace — that defeat came last season at Selhurst Park.
Roy Hodgson has increased the Eagles’ attacking output since taking over on an interim basis but they have scored just once away to Spurs in their last nine Premier League visits to North London.
Palace will be hoping to start fast and are aiming to add to the 13 goals that Saturday’s opponents have conceded in the opening 15 minutes of matches this term.
But they will have to be wary of Harry Kane, who has been involved in 10 goals in his last seven appearances against the South Londoners.
Wolves vs Aston Villa (Saturday, 3pm)
Aston Villa hit a stumbling block at Manchester United but they will look to return to winning ways against a Wolves side who are unbeaten in their last four games against the Villans.
Unai Emery has yet to mastermind a victory over Villa’s West Midland neighbours in four attempts but the Spaniard will be hopeful that marksman Ollie Watkins can add to his 14 league goals this term.
A win for Wolves would almost certainly guarantee their safety and their home form is a good omen for Julen Lopetegui, who has guided his players to victory in their last three outings at Molineux.
No Wolves player has scored more than Ruben Neves’ six this term, with five of his strikes coming on home soil.
Liverpool vs Brentford (Saturday, 5.30pm, Sky Sports)
Liverpool can go within one point of United in fourth with a win over Brentford on Saturday evening, with the Red Devils not in action until Sunday.
The Reds have won five on the bounce, scoring 16 times as they search for a way into the Champions League.
But the Bees have won their last two games and they overcame the Merseyside outfit in January, winning 3-1 at the Gtech Community Stadium.
Anfield has not been a happy hunting ground for the West Londoners, who have only left with three points once in 10 attempts.
Newcastle vs Arsenal (Sunday, 4.30pm, Sky Sports)
Arsenal fell short in this exact fixture last season as they looked to secure Champions League qualification and anything other than a win on Sunday would deal a huge blow to their title aspirations.
The Gunners have failed to score in their last two clashes with the Magpies but they have remained resolute at the back, keeping a total of 29 clean sheets against this weekend’s opponents in the Premier League era.
Eddie Howe’s outfit are one of three sides that Mikel Arteta’s men has failed to beat in the Premier League this season but a win would give them victory over 17 different sides for the first time since 2011-12.
Callum Wilson scored eight goals in seven appearances in April and the hosts have lost only once in their last nine outings.
West Ham vs Manchester United (Sunday, 7pm, BT Sport)
West Ham face Manchester United ahead of the first leg of their Europa Conference League semi-final and will need to pull out a special performance if they are to overcome Erik ten Hag’s side.
The Hammers are winless in their last six league meetings with the Red Devils, tasting defeat in each of the last five contests in the competition.
David Moyes has a poor record against his former club, losing eight of the last 10 top-flight clashes, last picking up a league win back in 2012, when he was in charge of Everton.
United have beaten the Irons twice in the current campaign, once in the league and also in March’s FA Cup fifth-round tie.
Fulham vs Leicester (Monday, 3pm)
Fulham are looking to complete a Premier League double over Leicester for only the second time on Monday, last doing so back in 2003-04.
Alternatively, the Foxes can record consecutive away victories over the Cottagers for the first time ever after winning 2-0 at Craven Cottage in February 2021.
Dean Smith has made an impact in the Midlands even if the table does not show it — Leicester have picked up five points in their last three games, more than they managed in their previous 10 before that.
James Maddison has been head and shoulders above any of his team-mates this season and could become the first Foxes player since Riyad Mahrez to record an assist in three consecutive matches.
Brighton vs Everton (Monday, 5.30pm, BT Sport)
Brighton’s late winner on Thursday moved them a step closer to securing European football next term and a win over Everton would keep them in the top six.
The visitors have never won consecutive away league matches against the Seagulls but could do so on Monday evening after winning this fixture last season.
Sean Dyche has never lost a Premier League match at the Amex and will be hopeful that the Toffees can end their 15-match winless run on the road in all competitions.
But Roberto De Zerbi will have a plan in place to dismantle a resilient Everton side and the Italian may turn to his success earlier in the season when Brighton won 4-1 at Goodison Park.
Nottingham Forest vs Southampton (Monday, 8pm, Sky Sports)
An extended weekend of action will be rounded off with a huge clash at the City Ground as Nottingham Forest welcome Southampton.
Saints are enduring a nine-match winless run under Ruben Selles, who had started life in management well, winning two of his opening three games in charge.
They will be encouraged by the fact that Forest have failed to keep a clean sheet in each of their last 13 games, last doing so in February.
But the South Coast side will have to keep an eye on the threat posed by Brennan Johnson, who has bagged seven of his eight league goals this season at home.
