All you need to know about the FA Cup quarter-final draw

There are eight FA Cup fifth-round ties to relish as 16 clubs bid to book a place in the quarter-finals.

Chelsea, Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham are among the sides battling to get their hands on the famous trophy and will hope to be in the draw for the last eight. 

When is the FA Cup quarter-final draw?

The draw is scheduled to take place on Thursday, just before National League side Boreham Wood travel to Everton in one of the standout ties of the fifth round.

It will be held at Wembley at 7.45pm and England manager Gareth Southgate will pick the balls out.

The draw will be broadcast live on ITV ahead of their coverage of the clash at Goodison Park.
