Premier League leaders Arsenal face a tricky all-London clash at Fulham on Matchday 27.
Second-placed Manchester City head to Crystal Palace, while Tottenham will look to put a difficult week behind them at home to Nottingham Forest.
Read on as we preview all 10 games across the English top flight this weekend.
Bournemouth vs Liverpool (Saturday, 12.30pm, BT Sport)
After last Sunday’s 7-0 demolition of Manchester United, Liverpool will welcome the trip to Bournemouth on Saturday lunchtime.
Jurgen Klopp’s men hammered the Cherries 9-0 at Anfield last August and should they hit a further three at the Vitality Stadium, it will be the most they have scored against a single opponent in one top-flight season.
The Reds have put themselves back into top-four contention after winning four of their last five games. In contrast, Gary O’Neil’s men are rock bottom after losing 11 of their most recent 15.
To make matters worse for the hosts, the South Coast club have won just one of the 11 Premier League meetings between the pair, losing the last seven by an aggregate score of 28-1.
Everton vs Brentford (Saturday, 3pm)
Everton come into the weekend in 18th place ahead of hosting a Brentford team enjoying an impressive 12-game unbeaten run in the league.
The Bees are also yet to taste defeat against the Toffees in three encounters since their promotion to the Premier League, although they were dumped out of last season’s FA Cup at Goodison Park.
All four of Everton’s home wins this season have come when they have kept a clean sheet, while they have lost seven of the eight games in which they have conceded.
Leeds vs Brighton (Saturday, 3pm)
A place above Everton on goal difference are Leeds, who host an opponent looking to extend a six-game unbeaten streak on the road in Roberto De Zerbi’s Brighton.
The Whites have a win and a loss under new boss Javi Gracia in the league and have never beaten the Seagulls in five Premier League attempts (two draws, three defeats).
A 1-0 victory over Southampton in their last home game means Gracia’s men are looking to win two in a row at Elland Road for only the second time in 2022-23.
In-form Brighton winger Kaoru Mitoma has scored six Premier League goals this season, the joint-most by a Japanese player in one campaign alongside Shinji Kagawa (2012-13) and Shinji Okazaki (2017-18).
Leicester vs Chelsea (Saturday, 3pm)
Chelsea’s 2-0 midweek win over Borussia Dortmund to reach the Champions League quarter-finals handed Graham Potter a huge boost ahead of a trip to Leicester.
The ex-Brighton technician still needs to resurrect the 10th-placed Blues’ league campaign, with their winless away run stretching to 10 games.
After impressive victories over Aston Villa and Tottenham, the Foxes have lost their last four on the spin. Last weekend’s 1-0 reverse at Southampton leaves them just two points above safety.
Former Blues reserve team coach Brendan Rodgers has won just two of his 21 meetings with the West Londoners in all competitions (nine draws, 10 defeats).
Tottenham vs Nottingham Forest (Saturday, 3pm)
Antonio Conte appears to be on borrowed time as Spurs boss after crashing out of the Champions League with a whimper against AC Milan on Wednesday.
Another trophyless season leaves the North Londoners with only a top-four place to fight for this term as Nottingham Forest visit the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The 14th-placed Reds have won only one away league win to their name this term and have lost eight of their last 10 top-flight outings in London.
Harry Kane has three goals in three Tottenham appearances against the East Midlanders, including a brace in the reverse fixture at the City Ground last August.
Crystal Palace vs Manchester City (Saturday, 5.30pm, Sky Sports)
Saturday’s late game sees Manchester City continue their pursuit of Arsenal at the top with a visit to Crystal Palace.
The Citizens have dropped more points in away games this season (15) than they did in the whole of their title-winning campaign in 2021-22 (11) but head to a ground they have not lost at in their last eight trips (five wins, two draws).
Patrick Vieira’s Eagles are in danger of being dragged into the relegation battle, with a run of nine league games without a win leaving them only five points above the bottom three.
Phil Foden is looking to score in his fourth straight outing and can reach double figures for the season for the first time in Premier League with another goal in South London.
Fulham vs Arsenal (Sunday, 2pm, Sky Sports)
Arsenal go into the weekend five points clear at the summit as they look to negotiate a tricky away clash at Fulham.
The Cottagers are winless in their last nine Premier League matches against their London counterparts put have ended on the losing side in only three of their 15 home games in all competitions this term.
Mikel Arteta’s men have won all four of their away games against sides from the capital this term by an aggregate score of 8-0.
In the history of the English football league, no side has ever won five consecutive away London derbies without conceding.
Manor Solomon will look to extend his five-game scoring streak, while last weekend’s match-winner Reiss Nelson has five goal involvements in just three substitute appearances in the top flight for the Gunners this season.
Manchester United vs Southampton (Sunday, 2pm)
Manchester United recovered from last weekend’s mauling at Anfield with a convincing 4-1 Europa League last-16 win over Real Betis as they welcome Southampton to Old Trafford.
The Red Devils are unbeaten in their last six home meetings (three wins, three draws) with the Saints but were held to a 1-1 draw in this fixture last season.
Ruben Selles’ men moved off the foot of the table with their 1-0 victory over Leicester last time out — all six of their successes in the Premier League this campaign have been won by a one-goal margin.
Bruno Fernandes has been directly involved in six goals in six appearances against the South Coast club, having netted the winner in August’s reverse clash.
West Ham vs Aston Villa (Sunday, 2pm)
West Ham have a quick turnaround from their Europa Conference League exploits in Cyprus as they prepare to host Aston Villa on Sunday.
Despite that 2-0 win over AEK Larnaca, David Moyes remains under pressure after last weekend’s drubbing at Brighton kept the Hammers within a point of the drop zone.
Unai Emery’s men have recorded back-to-back victories but his side are winless in nine games against the Irons since a 1-0 home win in May 2015 (three draws, six defeats).
Danny Ings will look to become the first player to score for and against the Villans in one Premier League season, while his former strike partner Ollie Watkins has netted in his last three away games.
Newcastle vs Wolves (Sunday, 4.30pm, Sky Sports)
Newcastle will be determined to get their top-four push back on track when they face Wolves in the weekend’s final game.
A five-game winless run has seen Eddie Howe’s Magpies slip down to sixth but they still have two games in hand over Spurs, who are four points ahead and currently occupy fourth.
It could be a tight affair at St James’ Park with the league’s meanest defence (Newcastle, 17 goals conceded) taking on the joint-least prolific attack (Wolves, 19 goals scored).
Toon striker Callum Wilson has played more games (eight) and more minutes (661) versus the men from Molineux without scoring than he has against any other opponent in his career.
