Premier League value acca predictions: Patient City win features in weekend treble

Recommended treble:
– Back Brentford to score over 1.5 team total goals
– Back Tie/Man City in Half Time/Full Time
– Back Martin Odegaard to score anytime vs Fulham

This weekend’s big-priced Premier League treble consists of a way to back Manchester City to win and still get a good return, together with support for the free-scoring Bees and an Arsenal star who is never afraid to shoot.

This treble would return £329.84 from a £10 stake at odds of just under 32/1.

Saturday, 3pm

Bet 1: Brentford to score over 1.5 goals against Everton @ 9/5

Brentford will look to extend their 12-game unbeaten Premier League run when they face relegation-threatened Everton at Goodison Park on Saturday.

Sean Dyche’s side blew two leads in their 2-2 away draw at Nottingham Forest and remain in the bottom three going into a crunch clash this weekend that they can ill-afford to lose.

Dyche will have been furious with the defending that led to Forest’s second equaliser and, although they scored twice, there is not a lot of sophistication to their current attacking ideas.

The Bees, who fully deserved to beat Fulham on Monday night, should give another good account of themselves at Goodison Park — where they won 3-2 in a late-season thriller last May.

Thomas Frank’s side have scored 17 goals in their nine league matches since the World Cup and look great value to notch more than once against an Everton side that have shipped two or more in eight of their last 10 games.

Bet 2: Back Tie/Man City in HT/FT against Crystal Palace @ 14/5

Manchester City can close the gap on leaders Arsenal, for just less than 24 hours at least, when they travel to the capital to take on a struggling Crystal Palace outfit on Saturday evening.

The Eagles have not won this year, drawing five and losing five of their games in all competitions, and look about as blunt going forward as any team in the Premier League right now.

Patrick Vieira will hope the return of Wilfried Zaha, who missed four of those last 10 games, provides a spark as his team seek to stun the champions.

Palace’s defensive record is decent enough to suggest that they might hold out for a while before City’s undoubted quality and depth off the bench make the difference in the second period.

Vieira’s side have been level at the break in seven of the 10 games the South Londoners have gone without victory and will surely set up in a low block to frustrate City for as long as possible this weekend.

Sunday, 2pm

Bet 3: Back Martin Odegaard to score anytime against Fulham @ 21/10

Sunday’s clash on the banks of the River Thames should be another crucial one for Mikel Arteta’s table-topping Arsenal side.

They staged a superb comeback from 2-0 down to beat Bournemouth last Saturday, the manner of which should further boost the belief in North London that this is their year.

They are taking on Fulham just at the right time too as Marco Silva’s side are coming off a 3-2 away loss at Brentford that exposed their reliance on one player in particular.

Joao Palhinha, who serves the second game of his two-match suspension here, has sat out only three Fulham games this season and watched his team-mates concede four to Newcastle, three to Crawley Town and then three to Brentford in his absence.

And Arsenal’s goalscoring midfielder Martin Odegaard can capitalise on Palhinha being out.

The Norwegian took 11 shots for the Gunners against Bournemouth with statisticians later revealing that only four players in recorded Premier League history have ever had more in a single game.
