Premier League value acca predictions: Wolves to deepen Everton’s relegation woes

Recommended treble:
– Back Brentford vs Tottenham
– Back Wolves vs Everton
– Back Over 3.5 goals in Nottingham Forest vs Arsenal

This weekend serves up a crucial round of fixtures in the Premier League with points needed for teams striving for European qualification and those battling to avoid relegation and stay in the top-flight.

Our value treble focuses on two huge games at the bottom of the Premier League table as well as Spurs’ London derby against Brentford.

Our three selections from Saturday’s Premier League matches add up to a 24/1 suggested treble which would return £250 from a £10 stake.

Bet 1: Back Brentford to beat Spurs at 3/1

Tottenham are finishing the Premier League campaign with a whimper and they make no appeal at 5/6 after what has been a shambolic season for Spurs.

Ryan Mason has the job of seeing the north London side through to the end of the term, and he is at the helm of a Tottenham team that has won only one of their last six matches, and suffered humiliating defeats at the hands of Bournemouth and Newcastle.

Spurs managed only two shots on target, in what was another poor display in defeat at Aston Villa last weekend, and Brentford have a side capable of getting a result at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The Bees were buzzing when crushing West Ham on Sunday and that was a game that saw Thomas Frank’s men win the shot count 19-4 in a completely dominant 2-0 victory.

Brentford have won three of their last four matches, the only defeat was a narrow 1-0 loss at Anfield and the west Londoners have shown no signs of letting their intensity drop in the final few games of the Premier League season.

Bet 2: Back Wolves to beat Everton at 17/10

Wolves have won four top-flight matches on the bounce at Molineux and that impressive run seems likely to be extended when Everton come to town.

Julen Lopetegui’s men have beaten Chelsea, Brentford, Crystal Palace and Aston Villa, without conceding a single goal, and that is a seriously impressive run of results.

Of course, Everton’s need for points, in their bid to avoid relegation, is far greater than Wolves, but Lopetegui will be keen to keep the positive feeling inside Molineux, given that the home support had plenty of dark times earlier in the campaign.

Everton have won only one of their last 16 all-competition away matches and they look awful value at Molineux.

Bet 3: Back Over 3.5 goals in Nottingham Forest vs Arsenal at 11/8

Arsenal’s title bid looks to have come to an end, but that doesn’t mean the goalmouth action will dry up at Forest.

The Gunners have been involved in a series of high-scoring games, as they strived to win their first Premier League title since 2004, and there have been a total of 46 strikes in the Gunners’ last 12 top-flight matches.

Mikel Arteta has seen nine of those last 12 contests break the 3.5 goal mark and the scoreboard could also be worked by a forward-thinking Forest outfit.

The Tricky Trees have seen the net bulge on 23 occasions in their last five games, a draw is no real use to either side and backing over 3.5 goals looks a value play at the City Ground.
