Two of the Bundesliga’s big guns face off at the Red Bull Arena on Saturday, with the kick-off at 2.30pm, with RB Leipzig hosting Borussia Dortmund in a match where familiar faces are set to meet again.
Dortmund made the decision to part ways with Marco Rose in the summer and replaced him with Edin Terzic, who has enjoyed a good start to life at the Westfalenstadion.
BVB go into this match in second place in the Bundesliga standings with only Freiburg above them on goal difference.
Terzic’s men have won four and lost one of their opening five games, scoring eight goals and conceding four in the process — three of which came in the solitary defeat.
Leipzig began their season with Domenico Tedesco at the helm but a poor start to the Bundesliga campaign, coupled with a 4-1 loss at home to Shakhtar Donestsk in the Champions League, saw him lose his job.
On Thursday, Rose’s short stint away from the game ended as Leipzig announced him as their new boss and he is set to be in the dugout for the first time against former club Dortmund on Saturday.

Team news
For Leipzig, Dominik Szoboszlai has completed a suspension and will be available for selection.
Lukas Klostermann and Dani Olmo remain out injured with ankle and knee problems respectively while there are doubts over the fitness of forward Yussuf Poulsen.
Dortmund are still without Thorgan Hazard and Mahmoud Dahoud while Sebastien Haller is a long-term absentee following his cancer diagnosis during the summer.
Karim Adeyemi and Donyell Malen remain touch and go due to slight knocks.
The stats
Dortmund have begun the season well and have managed to keep clean sheets in three of their five league games so far this season while they were comfortable in defeating Copenhagen 3-0 in the Champions League during the week.
They have been revered in the past for their fast, attacking brand of football but they have been very solid under Terzic.
Leipzig, meanwhile, have been conceding far too many goals, with 18 going past them in their eight competitive games this season, which also includes two clean sheets.
Die Roten Bullen have finished in the top four in the Bundesliga in each of the last four seasons but Rose will have some work to do to preserve that record.
Usually when these two sides meet, there are plenty of goals — the last five meetings between the pair have yielded at least three goals.
Prediction
Despite their poor start to the new season, this might prove to be the ideal game for Leipzig.
The players will be keen to impress their new manager who takes over for the first time while Rose obviously has bundles of knowledge when it comes to the Dortmund squad.
Last season, Leipzig won both fixtures between the pair, which ended a run of eight games without victory against Dortmund and they will be hoping to repeat the feat.
The corresponding fixture finished 2-1 to the home side last season so RB Leipzig, who won 4-1 at the Westfalenstadion in April, to win and both teams to score is worthy of consideration.
