Stat Attack: All you need to know about Burnley 3-3 Crystal Palace

Maxwel Cornet’s stunning strike earned Burnley a point in a six-goal thriller against Crystal Palace at Turf Moor.

The visitors took the lead inside 10 minutes, when Christian Benteke found a yard of space before firing the ball home.

The Clarets drew level just 10 minutes later as captain Ben Mee climbed highest to power a header home from a corner.

Sean Dyche’s side turned the game round just before the half hour mark, when Chris Wood nodded the ball past Vincente Guaita.

The hosts lead did not last long though, as Benteke scored his second goal of the game with a low strike.

The game was turned on its head once again just before the interval, with Marc Guehi sliding the ball into a crowded Clarets net.

Burnley started fast out of the traps and scored an equaliser just after the break, as Cornet struck a delightful volley into the roof of the net to score his fourth goal of the season.
