Stat Attack: All you need to know about Crystal Palace 3-1 Everton

Conor Gallagher’s brace fired Crystal Palace to a 3-1 victory against Everton at Selhurst Park.

The Chelsea loanee put the Eagles ahead just four minutes before the break with a right footed effort into the bottom corner. 

James Tomkins doubled the lead for Patrick Vieira’s shortly after the hour mark from close range, his first Premier League goal since December 2019. 

The Toffees’ reduced the arrears through substitute Salomon Rondon’s finish from inside the six yard box. 

But deep into stoppage time, Gallagher put the game beyond all doubt with a fine strike which he arrowed into the top corner from 20 yards out. 

Rafa Benitez’s side failed to back up their victory on Monday as they to yet another Premier League defeat.
