Harvey Barnes netted the only goal of the game as Jesse Marsch’s first match in charge of Leeds ended in defeat.
The visitors were much the better side and went close when Kasper Schmeichel denied Raphinha from point-blank range just after the hour mark.
Yet it was the Foxes who took the lead via an impressive Barnes finish from a tight angle in the 67th minute.
The victory sees Brendan Rodgers’ side move into top half of the table. While Leeds are just two points above the bottom three, having played two games more than 18th-placed Burnley.
