Claudio Ranieri had a forgettable return to the King Power Stadium after his Watford side fell to a 4-2 defeat by Leicester.
The Foxes took an early lead through James Maddison but the Hornets struck back through a Josh King penalty on the half-hour mark.
However the Hertfordshire outfit were only level for four minutes when Jamie Vardy restored the hosts lead with a neat finish over Daniel Bachmann.
Vardy doubled his tally shortly before the break with a brilliant header and came very close to a first-half hat-trick, only to be denied by a fine Bachmann save.
Emmanuel Dennis pulled one back in the 61st minute, becoming only the second player this season to register 5+ goals and 5+ assists after Mohamed Salah.
As the snow continued to fall, Ademola Lookman’s first Leicester goal put the game beyond all doubt seven minutes later.
More to follow.
Did you know?
Watford have conceded in each of their last 23 Premier League matches, shipping 45 goals in the process, the longest current run of any side in the division without a clean sheet.
Vardy has scored in five of his six home top-flight appearances against Watford, netting six goals, the joint-most he’s scored against an opponent at the King Power Stadium for Leicester, along with both Arsenal and Liverpool.
All three of King’s Premier League goals against the Foxes have come from the penalty spot.
Vardy became just the second player to score a Premier League goal against a Ranieri team after having played under the Italian, the other being Jeffrey Schlupp.
The Foxes have conceded two goals for a fifth consecutive home Premier League game since a five-game run between April and August 2001.
