West Ham United got back to winning ways as they beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-0 to pile the pressure on Bruno Lage.
Gianluca Scamacca was rewarded with a start and he backed it up with a fabulous volley in the 29th minute which eased some of the nerves around the London Stadium.
Jarred Bowen also relieved a massive weight of his shoulders as his strike in the 54th minute was his first goal involvement of the season.
New signing Diego Costa came off the bench but could not help Lage’s woes as Wolves have only won one game this season, scoring three goals in the process.
