Daniel Podence produced a stunning strike to help Wolves defeat Leicester 2-1 in an entertaining Midlands derby at Molineux.
The Wanderers took the lead inside 10 minutes when Ruben Neves beat Kasper Schmeichel in the Leicester goal with a terrific effort from outside the box.
Bruno Lage’s side then nearly doubled their lead when Rayan Ait Nouri’s shot struck the woodwork.
But it was the Foxes who drew level just before half-time when Ademola Lookman diverted Marc Albrighton’s driven cross into the Wolves goal.
Leicester failed to capitalise on their second half dominance though, as Podence scored the winning goal in the 66th minute.
Brendan Rodgers’ side are now winless in their last five Premier League games and remain in the bottom half of the table.
