After victories for Liverpool and Manchester City in the Champions League, three more British clubs are in semi-final action tonight.
As well as the continental ties, Manchester United take on Chelsea in the Premier League on a busy night of football.
Europa League final four
West Ham are in their first European semi-final since the 1975-76 season and just like then, they will face Eintracht Frankfurt.
They welcome the Bundesliga outfit to the London Stadium in the first leg of their Europa League tie this evening — but if they want more of these nights in the future, David Moyes needs to enhance his squad.
The other semi-final in Europe’s second competition sees an injury-stricken Rangers visit RB Leipzig looking to continue their fairytale run.
While the Gers’ performances in cup competitions has been outstanding this term, they look set to cede their Premiership trophy to Celtic and Giovanni van Bronckhorst will want new faces through the door ahead of next season.
Foxes on the hunt
The inaugural Europa Conference League has proven a bonafide success and Leicester are one of four high-class teams in the semi-finals.
They take on Roma at the King Power Stadium with Kasper Schmeichel tasked with keeping the likes of Tammy Abraham and Co out.
Manchester United vs Chelsea
There is Premier League action tonight too with United hosting Chelsea at Old Trafford.
While the Red Devils may not qualify for Europe next season, the Blues are almost assured of third place and also have a big summer ahead.
Antonio Rudiger’s departure could soon be followed by Andreas Christensen making an exit and the West Londoners know they need replacements at centre-back.
At the other end of the field, Romelu Lukaku’s big-money return to Stamford Bridge has not gone to plan but will Chelsea really cut ties 12 months later?
There are set to be changes in the United camp too when Erik ten Hag takes over at the end of the season and we have picked out five current players he can build his side around next term.
