With one win in their last 11 games in the Premier League, Forest find themselves bottom of the table after their first 14 outings of the season.
Forest would have been hoping to pick up victories at home this term, but the East Midlands outfit have just one win in their last six games at the City Ground.
Prediction
Spurs showed earlier this season they can win and win comfortably at the City Ground.
Even if boss Antonio Conte does make changes, Tottenham should have the strength in depth to overcome a Forest side who will be more concerned by their Premier League standing than a Carabao Cup run. With that in mind, a Spurs win is well-priced at 19/20 with LiveScoreBet on Wednesday.

Leeds go into this game on the back of an away win at Liverpool before a 4-3 comeback victory over Bournemouth at the weekend.
The Whites are unbeaten in their last three meetings with Wolves.
Prediction
Goals have been an issue for Wolves this season, and that might well continue until Lopetegui can get his hands on the squad and strengthen in the January window.
